The Deeper Life Bible Church says it is leveraging technology to produce a realistic data base for members.
The church explained that truthful data informed holistic spiritual and physical development, assuring that particulars of every member of the church including their names, occupation and locations would be captured in the data.
Pastor Christopher Agbenyafia, the Coordinating Overseer for the Middle-Belt Zone of the church, addressing a joint service of the middle-belt zone, at Sunyani, announced that every member of the church would be asked to register.
He urged members of the church to endeavour to provide correct data about themselves,
The middle belt zone comprised Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions, and he service was attended by members from the various regions, districts and locations of the church.
Pastor Agbenyafia said that concentration would also be put on vulnerable groups, including widows and orphans so that they would be easily identified and supported.
Ps Agbenyafia also reminded the church about the Deeper Life ‘Jubilee project”, which sought to pursue aggressive physical infrastructure development of the church, and urged them to contribute financially and voluntarily to support the project.
Later in a sermon, Pastor Agbenyafia challenged Christians not to downplay or undermine their potential, asking them to study and abide by biblical principles and doctrines and always pray to God for knowledge and wisdom.
By doing so, they will be able to unearth and build on their potential and urged the members to remain build and deepen their faith in God too.
Ps Agbenyafia referenced Judges 7:17 and asked the church to rather follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ and cautioned them against compromises, instead endured persecutions and hardship that accompanied their faith in God.
Highlighting God’s faithfulness, he told the church that since he was converted in 1980 God had been so faithful to him, his ministry and family, saying despite some challenges, God remained so faithful in His dealings with him.
