ASAMANKESE, Eastern Region — The Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI) has successfully held its Annual Ministerial Prayer Conference at Asamankese, the historic birthplace of the church. The conference, which commenced on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, brought together ministers from across the globe for a profound season of prayer, spiritual renewal, and empowerment.
A Heart of Gratitude
The conference officially opened with a warm welcome address by the Chairman of CACI, Apostle Samuel Amponsah Frimpong. He expressed deep gratitude to God for His divine protection and journey mercies granted to ministers who traveled from various regions to participate in the gathering.

2026 Theme
The official launch of the church’s 2026 theme, “Gifted to Bless the World” (1 Peter 4:10), took place on the second day of the conference, led by the International Chairman, Apostle Samuel Amponsah-Frimpong, Esq., with support from members of the Executive Council.
Stewardship of Spiritual Gifts
Central to the conference was the biblical mandate to recognize, develop, and faithfully steward God-given gifts. Setting the tone for the sessions, the Mission Director, Apostle George Peter Derry, delivered an inspiring message titled “The Power of Your Gift.” He challenged ministers to maximize their spiritual endowments for the transformation of lives and nations.
On Day Two, the morning session was led by the General Secretary, Apostle Samuel Addai-Kusi, who delivered a sobering message on “Disdaining the Gift of God.” In the evening, the Field Director, Apostle Stephen Acheampong, balanced the discourse with a timely exhortation titled “Blessing the Church with Your Gift.” His message served as a clarion call for ministers to intentionally deploy their gifts for the edification and advancement of the Body of Christ.

Notable Visit and Kingdom Impact
On Thursday, January 8, the conference was graced by a visit from Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, the Presidential Envoy in charge of Interfaith and Ecumenical Bodies, who paid a courtesy call to the Holy Ghost Temple in Asamankese. He was warmly received by Chairman Apostle Frimpong and members of the Executive Council, underscoring the church’s growing influence and contribution to national development.
Gifted to Bless the World
The conference gained further momentum on Day Three when the Chairman delivered a keynote address on the theme, “Gifted to Bless the World.” In a highly charged and impactful session, Apostle Frimpong challenged ministers to take their gifts beyond the altar and boldly engage the marketplace as agents of Kingdom transformation.
A Prophetic Conclusion
The spiritual atmosphere was further intensified during the evening session led by the Prophetic Director, Apostle Samuel Kpeli Mensah, whose prophetic ministration deeply ministered to participants.
The conference culminated in a powerful and anointed commissioning service led by Apostle Samuel Amponsah Frimpong, with support from members of the National Executive Council and former Chairman, Apostle Dr. Stephen Kwame Nkow Amoani. The leadership laid hands on the ministers, commissioning them to return to their various stations with renewed fire, clarity of purpose, and fresh commitment to Kingdom service.
